About these terms

These terms cover every quote, order and project with Booban Net. ("we", "us"), the design, web, print and IT agency. Approving a quote, paying a deposit or paying at checkout means you accept them.

We work with clients anywhere, in person or fully online.

Quotes and payment

Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, the price, the timeline and what you receive.

• Prices on this site are starting prices; the checkout total or your quote sets the final figure.
• Quotes and invoices come in KES; a payment from another currency converts at your bank's rate.
• Work starts once the deposit arrives: half the quoted price, by card, bank transfer or mobile money.
• The balance falls due on delivery, before final files are released or a site goes live.
• Shop orders paid at checkout are paid in full; branded and printed items go into production once you approve the proof.
• Domains, hosting, printing stock, ad budgets and third-party software are quoted separately from our fee.

Projects, proofs and revisions

You see every design and every print proof before we go ahead. Approving a proof confirms its spelling, colours, sizes and quantities.

• Each job includes two rounds of revisions. Extra rounds, and changes to the agreed scope, are quoted before we start them.
• Timelines run from the day the deposit arrives together with what we need from you: content, logos, photos and access.
• Updates reach you on WhatsApp or email at each stage, from first draft to delivery.

Print and merchandise

• Printed colours vary slightly from the screen and from one material to the next. A physical sample is available on request before a full run.
• Turnaround counts from the day you approve the proof.
• Orders are collected from us or couriered countrywide, with courier costs quoted alongside the order.
• Sending us artwork, logos or photos to print confirms you hold the rights to use them.

Websites, hosting and maintenance

• Domains, hosting and email accounts are registered in your name, and every login is handed to you at launch.
• Maintenance plans cover the updates, backups and fixes listed in each plan, billed monthly.
• Hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins and other third-party services run on their own terms.
• Search rankings, ad results and platform approvals rest with Google, Meta and others. We commit to the work and report on the results.

Ownership and files

• Once the project is paid in full, the final designs, source files, domains and accounts are yours.
• Fonts, stock photos and plugins come with their own licences, which pass to you as each licence allows.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media. Confidential projects stay private on request.

Cancellation and liability

• You can cancel a project at any time in writing. The deposit covers the work done up to that point, and stock already ordered is billed at cost.
• Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for it.
