Packaging that sells and informs
We design labels, boxes, sachets and pouches with the name easy to read and the barcode, weight and required details in place, ready to print. Printing runs through Packaging & labels in Print & Merchandise.
Three seconds on a shelf
Packaging design is judged at a glance: a shopper scans a shelf in moments, so a pack has to say what the product is, and which variant, before anyone picks it up. We start where the product will sit, on the shelf, the counter or in the delivery bag beside its competitors, and design the front panel to win that first look.
Every panel has a job
| Panel | What it carries |
|---|---|
| Front | Product name, variant, the main claim and the logo, readable at arm’s length |
| Back | Ingredients or contents, directions for use and the maker’s details |
| Sides and base | Barcode, net weight or volume, batch and expiry, storage and recycling marks |
| The range | One system, with a colour or band per flavour and size, so the range reads as a family |
The exact list depends on the product category, so we confirm it against the rules that apply before artwork is final.

Materials and finishes, chosen with the printer
Product label design, carton work and sachet and pouch design each follow their stock: paper labels, synthetic labels for wet or chilled products, folding cartons and printed pouches behave differently, and the finish changes how colour reads. Matte gives a calm, premium surface, gloss makes colours stand out, and foil or spot varnish can lift a logo or a single word. We choose these with the printer, so the design suits the stock it lands on.
From dieline to press
Artwork is drawn on the printer’s dieline, the flat template of every cut and fold, with bleed past the edges and text kept inside the safe zone. A 3D mockup shows the closed pack from every side before anything is printed, and the final PDF goes to press with its colour values and barcode checked.

Packaging printing and label printing run through Packaging & labels, on stock that suits the product, from paper labels to boxes and pouches. The pack takes its look from the brand built in Logo & brand identity.
