Branding for the whole event

We design the branding for exhibitions and events: stand graphics, backdrops, badges, invites, stage screens and more, with every file ready for print and the venue. The stand itself is built and set up through Exhibition booths & stands.

One look from the invite to the stage

Event branding meets guests many times before the doors close: the invite, the email, the badge, the sign at the door, the backdrop for photos and the screen behind every speaker. Designed as one set, those pieces make the event recognisable in every photo taken there, from conference branding to a product launch.

Files the printer and the venue can use

Print files come at each supplier’s sizes, with bleed and colour checked. Stage screens are built at the venue’s exact resolution, often a wide LED wall in place of a standard 16:9 screen, so every slide fills the wall cleanly on the day.

A timeline that keeps the printers on schedule

Print and build need lead time, so the main artwork is settled first and every other piece follows from it. Invites and social posts go out early, badges and programmes are finalised once the guest list and agenda are fixed, and stage screens are tested on the venue’s own equipment before the day.
